As subcontractor for Samcrete Developments, UNC constructed and developed Zone A of the Pyramid Heights residential area on the Alexandria Desert Road.

As one of the main contractors for ExxonMobil and Car Gas, UNC has constructed and developed 189 gas stations across Egypt, alongside offices, restaurants and sporting facilities.
